Sex Therapy
Everyone has a relationship to sex. The nature of our culture is to create so much shame and secrecy about our sexuality, that we are often deprived of the internal environment necessary to even question our relationship to sex. Sex therapy can create a safe and open space where you can come into full awareness of your relationship to sexuality and what you would like to be different, if anything at all.
If you want to experience the richness and fulfillment of an erotically charged life, I want to help you. I offer a space to learn about sexuality and specially tailored guidance through sexual concerns. I am a kink and poly/non-monogamous aware therapist, and I am affirming of all sexual orientations and gender expressions. Sex therapy can help with:
Partners with different levels of sexual desires
Healing from traumatic sexual events
Low desire
Kink/fetish concerns
Improving intimacy and connection
Out of control sexual behavior (including problematic porn use and sex "addiction")
Erectile Dysfunction
Rapid or delayed ejaculation
Navigating an open relationship (non-monogamous and polyamorous dynamics)
Anxiety
Disgust or aversion to sex
Difficulty with orgasm
Pain during sex
And many other concerns
